THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.24981, 26247, 28117 and 30748 of 2021 COMMON ORDER:-
Heard Sri Ramakrishna Pativada, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P.Sudhakar Reddy and Sri B.Sashibushan Rao, learned Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Additional Advocate General for respondents.
Since the causes of action which compelled the petitioners in these cases are substantially the same, with slight variations, this Court deems it appropriate and apt to dispose of these Writ Petitions by way of a common order.
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues in these Writ Petitions are squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.23937 of 2018, dated 17.09.2021. A copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader, representing the respondents and the learned Government Pleader has further submitted that the benefit, that has been extended in the aforesaid order can also be extended to the petitioners in the present Writ Petitions also.
Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned Government Pleader for respondents, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of
the aforesaid order, directing the respondents herein to pay compensation to the petitioners in terms of the Judgment of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in LAO-Cum-Revenue Divisional Officer Vs. Mekala Pandu and others1. However, it is made clear that in view of this order, the orders impugned in these Writ Petitions pale into insignificance. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 17.09.2021 in W.P.No.23937 of 2018 to this order.
