		Heard<br>the<br>learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the
		petitioner.
		Though the petitioner has filed certain
		documents, the same were filed along with a
		Memo.<br>Learned<br>counsel<br>to<br>file<br>these
		documents along with affidavit,<br>so that the
		same can be considered.
		Though sufficient time is granted to the
		respondents to enable them to furnish written
		instructions<br>to<br>the<br>learned<br>Government
		Pleader, the same has not been done.
		Considering the submissions made by
		the learned<br>counsel for the petitioner that
		objections were submitted to the Notification
		dated 13.09.2021 on 21.10.2021<br>to the 3rd
		respondent, there shall be interim direction to
		the 3rd respondent to take necessary action on
		the same, within a period of four (04) weeks
		from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
