WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India, above case through her counsel M/s G.Tuhin Kumar, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for wilful, wanton, intentional and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed in W.P.No.13778 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 03.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s G.Tuhin Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri V.K.Naidu, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, Court made the following ORDER:
