Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in harassing the petitioner by calling him to police station and restraining him at the Police Station at the behest of 4<sup>th</sup> Respondent and further threatening him to pay amounts as demanded by the 4<sup>th</sup> Respondent arising out of civil disputes is illegal, arbitrary and discriminative and violative Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent No.3 not to harass the Petitioner by interfering in civil disputes

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 not to harass the Petitioner by interfering in civil disputes, pending disposal of WP No.26068 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Malireddy Gowtham, Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP for Home, Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and the Court made the following.

ORDER

"The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take personal notice to the 4<sup>th</sup> respondent by RPAD and file proof of service by the next date of hearing.

Post on 05.09.2022 in 'motion list'.

In the meanwhile, the 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent shall not summon the petitioner to the police station unless it is in pursuance of investigation in any case registered against the petitioner."
