Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2^nd Respondent herein in not hearing the interlocutory applications filed in Revision E2/2307/2020 for stay of all further proceedings in RC. No. B/68/2018, dated 16-05-2018 issued by the 4^th Respondent and I.A. Filed for appointment of Commissioner for physical measurement of and draw a skitch of land in S. No. 379/2 an extent of Ac.2-53 cts.of Muddanur village, Muddanur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District -A.P., filed against the Order in Appeal Case No., A1/593/2018 dated 02-11-2020 on the file of the $3^rd$ Respondent, which is preferred against the Proceedings of the $4^th$ Respondent in RC. No. B/68/2018, dated: 16-05-2018, as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law, unconstitutional and violation of Principles of Natural Justice, consequently direct the $2^{nd}$ Respondent to dispose the Interlocutory application in Revision No. E2/2307/2020 in accordance with law.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2^nd Respondent to dispose the Interlocutory Applications filed in Revision E2/2307/2020 in accordance with law pending Revision petition, mean while Respondents to maintain status quo pertaining to land in Sy. No. 379/2 an extent of Ac. -2-53 Cts. Muddanur Village, Muddanur Mandal, YSR District - A.P, Pending disposal of WP 26935 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C SUNIL KUMAR REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, learned GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, and the Court made the following.
