Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners site to an extent of 266.66 Yards, in Survey No.72/2, 72/3, 76/17 in Gollavanigunta VIIIage, No.9 Akkarampalli Group, Amminaidupalem Gramapanchayat, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupati Dist (Old Chitoor Dist) as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Article 300(A) of Constitution of India and further direct the respondents not to lay the 60 feet Road and not to dispossess and demolish the compound wall of the petitioner without paying the compensation to the petitioner under the provisions of Right to fair compensation and Transparency in land acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement, Act 2013;

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not lay any road on the petitioner's site to an extent of 266.66 Yards, in Survey No.72/2, 72/3, 76/17 in Gollavanigunta village, No. 9 Akkarampalli Group, Amminaidupalem Gramapanchayat, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupati Dist (Old Chitoor Dist) without paying compensation to the petitioner, pending disposal of WP 25796 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to order stay of demolition of compound Wall and other structures in the petitioner's house site to an extent of 266.66 Yards, in Survey No.72/2, 72/3, 76/17 in Gollavanigunta village, No. 9 Akkarampalli Group, Amminaidupalem Gramapanchayat, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupati Dist (Old Chitoor Dist), pending disposal of WP 25796 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 16.08.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.V.V.Koteswara Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Municipal Administration for the Respondent No.1, Sri K. Suresh Kumar Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 & 3 and GP for Revenue for : Respondent Nos.4 & 5, the Court made the following:
