WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India above case through his Counsel Sri. K.JYOTHI PRASAD, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willful, wanton and W.P.No.29525 deliberate disobedience of the orders in $\mathbb{R}^{\mathbb{Z}} \times \mathbb{N}$ 21.09.2022; $\mathcal{N} \mathcal{N} \mathcal{N}$
