WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI C PRAKASH REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of respondents in not processing and uploading the bill in respect of Agreement No. MD/LS/TW-VI/183/2018-19 dated 07.03.2019 for Rs.44,42,743.74/- in CFMS for payment as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to process the bill by uploading in CFMS for Rs.44,42,743.74/- in respect of Agreement No. MD/LS/TW-VI/ 183/2018-19 dated 07.03.2019, and to pay the same forthwith.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C PRAKASH REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Sri K.C.Venkata Reddy, Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation Limited for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, and of Government Pleader for Finance & Planning Department for the respondent No.5, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
