		This application is filed under Sections 456, 468
		and 538 (1)(b)(c) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with
		Rule 9 and 114 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959
		seeking<br>a<br>direction<br>to<br>the<br>respondents<br>to<br>deliver
		possession of books of accounts, records and assets,
		actionable claims, etc. of the company (in liquidation)
		forthwith to the Official Liquidator.
		Respondents are directors of M/s. Sri srinivasa
		Readymix Concrete (P) Ltd. By proceedings, dated
		21.08.2018 in CP No.99 of 2015, winding up order was
		passed in respect of the said company and Official
		Liquidator was appointed to take possession of all the
		assets, effects, actionable claims, books of accounts
		and records. However, respondents being Directors,
		are not cooperating. Hence, the present application is
		filed.
		On<br>18.06.2019,<br>notice<br>was<br>ordered<br>to<br>the
		respondents.<br>Subsequent<br>to<br>service<br>of<br>notices,
		Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel filed vakalat
		for the respondents.
		When the matter was taken up on 01.02.2023,
		learned<br>counsel<br>appearing<br>on<br>behalf<br>of<br>the
		respondents submitted that respondents are not in
		touch with him. Today there is no representation for

the respondents.

In view of the above, issue bailable warrants against respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Petitioner shall pay batta for issuance of bailable warrants.
