On 23.11.2023, 15.12.2023 and 03.01.2024 also, there was no $2.$ representation for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I submitted that the 3. petitioner was retired on 31.08.2021 from service on attaining the age of superannuation and the cause of action does not survive in the present Writ Petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government $4.$ Pleader for Services-I, the Writ Petition (AT) is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
