WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Amancharla V. Gopala Rao, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ or order or direction more part particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by calling records, declaring the action of the respondent No. 3 and 4 in issuing letter dt.11.10.2021 as illegal, void, arbitrary, null, ultravires and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 and 4 to not to interfere with the day to day business activities of the petitioner.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Amancharla V. Gopala Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Govt. Pleader for Home fo respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and of Sri N. Harinath, Assistant Solicitor General for respondent No.7, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
