ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of orders of this Court dated 04.05.2023 passed in W.P.No.9814 of 2023, operative portion of which, reads as under:

"6. In view of the common order passed by this Court and after hearing the submissions of learned counsel on both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release total amounts of Rs.4,41,94,273/- and Rs.4,12,37,273/- to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order..."

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to close the present Contempt Case since the orders passed by this Court were complied by the respondents.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
