Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring inaction on the part of the respondents herein in not releasing the bills amount worth of Rupees 5,98,114/- with interest of Execution and completion of works as per the agreement No. 437/ 2018-19 dt.28-03-2018 in the area of Yandagandi of. West Godavari District under Neeru Chettu Scheme to the petitioner till today and causing heavy loss with interest even though total works were completed a illegal arbitrary and violative of article 14,16,21 of constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to release and pay the bills worth of Rupees 5,98,114/- with interest to the petitioner forthwith as per the agreements.

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and•CAD.

  1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interim order dated 23.02.2O22, passed by this Court was complied with by the respondents, by paying the total due amount claimed by the petitioner. Therefore, no cause survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition.

  2. Learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning also confirmed the compliance of the orders of this Court.

  3. Recording the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
