District & Sessions Judge, Guntur, pending disposal of CRLP No.7379 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds of Criminal petition and the Orders of the High Court dated 21.01.2020, 04.02.2020, 18.02.2020, 05.10.2020, 31-12-2021 & 24.06.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, Sri CH VIDYA SAGAR, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following. ORDER:
