Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the SC.SPL No.55 Of 2019, on the file of The Hon'ble Court of Special Sessions Judge Cum IV Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, in the interest of equity and justice while exercising its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

IA NO: 1 OF 2019:

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings, including stay of appearance of the petitioner herein in SC.SPL No.55 Of 2019, on the file of Court of Special Sessions Judge cum IV Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Guntur, pending disposal of CRLP No.7379 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the Orders of the High Court order dated 21.01.2020, 04.02.2020, 18.02.2020, 05.10.2020 & 31-12-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"At request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, list after two weeks. Interim order granted earlier shall stand extended by four weeks."
