Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring that the action of the Respondents 3 and 4 in putting lock and seal over Rytu Bhavanam premises without issuing any notice or invoking the procedure of law as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Art 300-A of the constitution and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to remove the lock and seal over the premises of Rytubhavanam and further not to interfere with the petitioners right and enjoyment over the same
