| It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the District Collector-2nd respondent herein earlier passed an order on 29.06.2021, and when the said<br>proceedings were sought to be disturbed by the successor-in-office, the present Writ Petition came to be instituted, and now, pending the Writ Petition, by way of<br>proceedings dated 12.11.2021, 5th respondent herein- Tahsildar has filed a Revision before the Commissioner of Appeals against the said proceedings dated<br>29.06.2021 and the said action on the part of the Tahsildar does tantamount to interfering with the process of adjudication before this Court in the Writ Petition. | |||
