Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of impugned order dated 01.10.2020 passed in W.P.NO. 24127 of 2016, pending disposal of Writ Appeal No.678 of 2021 on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and affidavit filed in Memorandum of Grounds thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Sai Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Sri Ch. Samson Babu, Advocate for respondent No. 1, the Court made the following ORDER:

Till the next date of hearing, operation of the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.24127 of 2016 shall be stayed.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on the next date. The respondent No.1/writ petitioner shall file his counter if any, within a week from today, on the fresh material papers filed by the learned counsel for the appellants, in this appeal."
