Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the memorandum of grounds, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of impugned order dated 01.10.2020 passed in W.P.NO. 24127 of 2016, pending disposal of Writ Appeal No.678 of 2021 on the file of the High Court.
