WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri SHAFATH AHMED KHAN presented this Petition under Section $482$ of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in memorandum of grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.289/2021 on the file 1st Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tenali, Guntur District, and quash the same in the interest of Justice, pending disposal of the above Petition in the interest of justice.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Shafath Ahmed Khan, Advocate for the Petitioners and Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable in four weeks herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL PETITION should not be admitted.
