WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Soma Raju Yelisetti presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to passed an order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writ of Mandamus and to declaring the Hi Handed action of the Respondent No.2 issued impugned Proceedings No.CEP No.8/2016-2017, dtd.07/09/2021 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, violation of principles of natural justice, violation of Articles 14, 300 (A) of the Constitution of India and consequently set a side the impugned Proceedings No.CEP No.8/2016-2017, dtd.07/09/2021.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Soma Raju Yelisetti Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP for Cooperation who takes notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 & 2, directed issue of notice to the Respondent NO.3 & 4 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:

• 1. The Secretary, Penumaantra Larg Sized Co-Operative Society, Penumanta Village and Mandal, W.G.District.
• 2. Kudipudi Raja Rao, S/o.Kondayya, Hindu, Male, Dontapalli Village, Attili Mandal, W.G.District.
