| Mr. S. Sriram, learned Advocate General, submits that | |||
| payments in terms of the orders passed by the learned single | |||
| Judge had been made till 31.12.2020. | |||
| The aforesaid statement is opposed by a number of | |||
| counsel stating that the order of the learned single Judge is not | |||
| complied with in its entirety and some deductions had been | |||
| made without indicating the purpose for which such deductions | |||
| had been made. | |||
| Learned Advocate General further submits that so far as | |||
| the first quarter of 2021 is concerned, it is expected that the | |||
| payments will be made in terms of the order of the learned | |||
| single Judge by 31.05.2021. He has also submitted that he will | |||
| file<br>a<br>comprehensive<br>affidavit<br>indicating<br>the<br>manner<br>of | |||
| payment, including the purpose for which the deductions have | |||
| been effected, so as to give a clear picture of payments made. |
