Mr. S. Sriram, learned Advocate General, submits that | |||
payments in terms of the orders passed by the learned single | |||
Judge had been made till 31.12.2020. | |||
The aforesaid statement is opposed by a number of | |||
counsel stating that the order of the learned single Judge is not | |||
complied with in its entirety and some deductions had been | |||
made without indicating the purpose for which such deductions | |||
had been made. | |||
Learned Advocate General further submits that so far as | |||
the first quarter of 2021 is concerned, it is expected that the | |||
payments will be made in terms of the order of the learned | |||
single Judge by 31.05.2021. He has also submitted that he will | |||
file<br>a<br>comprehensive<br>affidavit<br>indicating<br>the<br>manner<br>of | |||
payment, including the purpose for which the deductions have | |||
been effected, so as to give a clear picture of payments made. |
