| As agreed upon by all the learned counsel for the<br>parties, list on 08.11.2021.<br>Learned counsel appearing for the appellants<br>have drawn the attention of the Court to the order<br>dated 22.04.2021 and submit that though assurance<br>was given by the learned Advocate General that the<br>payment for the first quarter of 2021 would be made in<br>terms of the order of the learned single Judge by<br>31.05.2021, no payment has been made till date. It is<br>submitted<br>by<br>them<br>from<br>January<br>2021<br>till<br>date,<br>notwithstanding the order of the learned single Judge,<br>no payment has been made by the DISCOMs and this<br>has resulted in great difficulties to the appellants in<br>carrying out their operations. |
