WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Sri P VIVEK + praying that this Hon'b[e High Court may'` be pleased to punish the ,~__ respondents herein for willfully disobeying the order dated 8-ll-2023 passed in W.P No. 26734 of 2023;,
