		Heard both sides and perused the record.
		Having regard to the facts and circumstances
		of the case, there shall be interim stay of all
		further proceedings pursuant to judgment and
		decree dated 12.04.2021 passed in O.S.No.13 of
		2016 on the file of the learned Principal District
		Kadapa, on condition of petitioner-<br>Judge,
		defendant depositing suit costs of Rs.3,33,304/- to
		the credit of the O.S. within four (4) weeks from
		today. Further, there shall be <i>status quo</i> as on
		today to be maintained in all respects with regard
		to the property, which includes its alienation and
		registration in favour of third parties.<br>The
		respondent-plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the
		suit costs. Further, if balance sale consideration is
		deposited by the respondent/plaintiff, the
		petitioner/defendant is at liberty to withdraw the
		same.
