ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in W.P.No.18225 of 2023 on 24.07.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order:
"…Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in similar circumstances, this Court granted an interim order dated 03.11.2022 in W.P.No.35490 of 2022 and requested to pass a similar order in this writ petition also.
Hence, in view of the aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to pass a similar order in this writ petition also.
Therefore, there shall be an interim suspension of operation of the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent vide File No.263/MII/08 dated 07.02.2023.
Further, the respondents are directed to continue the service of the petitioner till he attains the age of superannuation of 62 years."

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Rithvika Kaganti, learned counsel, representing Mr.N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has stated that in view of the common order dated 08.08.2023 passed in W.A.Nos.796 and 797 of 2023 by the Division Bench of this Court, he seeks not to press the contempt case.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
