ORDER:-

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of 3rd respondent in not passing order, granting quarry lease for gravel in an extent of 8 hectares in Sy.No.93/4 of Kadirivedu village, Satyavedu Mandal, Chittoor District, on application dated 08.02.2011, pursuant to No Objection Certificate issued vide ROC.A/214/2017 dated 17.02.2019, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional, violation of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 and A.P Minor and Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, consequently direct 3rd respondent to pass order on the application dated 08.02.2011.

2. During hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Industries, submitted that the application is under process and respondents will pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within short time.

3. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Industries, 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 08.02.2011, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than two months, from the date of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
