WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri C. Prakash Reddy, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of respondents in not processl'ng and uploading the bills for Agreement No.3665/2018-19 for Rs.8,44,783/-, Agreement No. 3666/2018-19 for Rs.8,96,635/-, Agreenent No.3667/2018-19 for Rs.8,98,379/-, and Agreement No.3668/2018-19 for Rs.8,88,970/- in CFMS for payment as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Article 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to process the bills by uploading into CFMS for Rs.8,44,783/- in respect of Agreement No.3665/2018-19 dated ll.01.2019, Rs.8,96,635/- in respect of Agreement No.3666/2018-19 dated ll.01.2019, Rs.8,98,379/- in respect of Agreement No.3667/2018-19 dated ll.01.2019, Rs.8,88,970/-in respect of Agreement No. 3668/2018-19 dated ll.01.2019, and to pay the same forthwith;
