WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Mr. Bathala Ramesh, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for deliberate, intentional and wilful violation of the orders in W.P.No.8449 of 2022, dated 07.04.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and the order of High Court dated 07.09.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Bathala Ramesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Smt S. Siva Kumari, Advocate for Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and of Sri V.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent No. 2 and made the following ORDER:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that even after filing of the present contempt case, the matter underwent four adjournments but the respondents have not complied with the orders of this Court.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that budget pertaining to the payments was already released. But the bills were not approved by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in order to make payment.

Learned counsel for the respondents seeks further time to comply with the orders of this Court.

In view of the same, the respondents herein are directed to comply with the orders of this Court on or before 21.03.2022, failing which, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall appear before this Court on 21.03.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents is specifically directed to inform the orders of this Court to respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

List the matter on 21.03.2023."
