Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the amendments made to A.P.Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 through GO MS.No.65, Industries and Commerce (Mines-III) Department, dated 4-8-2021 are only prospective and will not affect the pending mining lease applications and consequently set aside the notice issued by the 2^nd respondent in Letter No.5031/D9/2021 dated 28.8.2021 as the same is arbitrary, illegal and without authority of law. Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to process the mining lease application of the petitioner dated 7-5-2018 in respect of the land of 15-00 Hectares in Sy.No.1/2 P of Kattakindapalli Village, Pamur Mandal, Prakasam District, without insisting for payment of premium amount equivalent to 10 times the dead rent, pending disposal of WP.No.23639 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent not to take any coercive steps pursuant to the letter No. 5031/D9/2021 dated 28-8-2021 issued by the $2^nd$ respondent by suspending the same, pending disposal of WP.No.23639 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.
