		petitioners<br>would submit that the officials of the Municipal
		Corporation had come to the site on<br>11.09.2023 at 10:30
		AM.<br>However,<br>they<br>did<br>not<br>identify<br>the<br>land<br>of<br>the
		petitioners and after<br>a brief discussion had<br>left<br>the<br>place.
		Sri M.<br>Manohar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for
		the<br>respondents<br>would<br>submit that the location of the land
		of the petitioners<br>was shown to the petitioners<br>on that day.
		As this is a disputed<br>question of the fact, it would<br>be
		appropriate<br>for<br>this<br>Court<br>to<br>appoint<br>an<br>Advocate
		Commissioner in whose presence the respondents<br>shall
		identify the land of the petitioners.
		Accordingly, Smt.<br>Y.<br>Mahalakshmi,<br>learned counsel is
		appointed<br>as<br>Advocate<br>Commissioner<br>on<br>a<br>fee<br>of
		Rs.15,000/-, to<br>be present at Sampath Nagar park at 11.00
		AM<br>on<br>08.10.2023.<br>Both<br>the<br>petitioners<br>and<br>the
		respondents<br>shall be present and<br>the<br>respondents<br>shall
		identify the land of the petitioners and show the boundaries
		of the land to the petitioners,<br>in the presence of the learned
		Advocate Commissioner.
