		The petitioner<br>had approached this Court with
		the complaint that the land of the petitioner situated
		in<br>Sy.No.673/3<br>was<br>being<br>encroached<br>by<br>the
		respondent-authorities,<br>who<br>were<br>seeking<br>to
		construct a park in the land of the petitioner.
		This Court by an order dated 28.06.2022<br>had
		directed the respondents<br>not to undertake any
		constructions in the land being claimed by the
		petitioner.
		In the present Contempt Case,<br>the<br>petitioner
		contends<br>that<br>his<br>land<br>in<br>Sy.No.673/3<br>was
		encroached<br>upon<br>by<br>the<br>respondent-authorities,
		who constructed a park in the land of the petitioner
		despite knowledge of the orders of this Court.
		In<br>the<br>counter<br>affidavit<br>filed<br>by<br>the
		respondents.<br>It<br>is<br>stated<br>that<br>a<br>survey<br>was
		conducted by the town surveyor and the town
		surveyor has certified that the park was built in the
		land of the Corporation in Sy.No.673/2. A report of
		the surveyor has<br>also been placed before this Court.
		This report shows that the land of the petitioner

available in Sy.No.673/2 has also been identified.
In the circumstances, it would be appropriate
to direct the respondents to identify and show the
land of the petitioners to the petitioner. It would be
open for the petitioner or his representative to be
present on 11.09.2023<br>at 10.30 a.m.<br>On that day,
the respondents<br>or their<br>representatives<br>along with
the surveyor shall identify the land of the petitioner
in Sy.No.673/2.
