Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to extend the interim stay order, dated 13-12-2012 passed in C.R.P.No.5811 of 2012, which was extended from time to time, till disposal of the above C.R.P. No.5811 of 2012, Pending disposal of CRP No. 5811 of 2012, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated 05.12.2018 & 20.12.2018 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y V SRINIVASAN(SC FOR AP HOUSING BOARD), Advocate for the Petitioner and of Dr. P B VIJAY KUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, made the

following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following $\mathbb{C}^{\mathbb{Z}{2n}}\times{\mathbb{Z}{2n}^{\mathbb{Z}{2n}}}\mathbb{C}\mathbf{M}{\mathbb{Z}{2n}}$

ORDER

"Heard both sides. In this case earlier this Court on 13.12.2012 granted<br>interim stay, subject to the petitioners/JDRS., depositing 75% of the amount as determined by the Executing Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of the order and on such deposit the Decree Holders are permitted to withdraw the amount.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that he has recently filed Vakalat and requested time since case bundle is not received by him from the earlier standing counsel A.P. Housing Board seeking instructions.

Learned counsel further submitted that the Executing Court is insisting to proceed with the execution proceedings.

In that view of the matter, interimastay granted earlier is extended for four weeks.

D.Hrs., are instructed to prepare a calculation memo and submit the same to the Court by serving a copy to the counsel for the revision petitioner.
