WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri K.S.Gopalakrishnan, presented this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the revision preferred by the petitioners by giving appropriate modification or direction to the orders passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor in IA.No. 603/2018 in OS.No. 222/2018 dated. 05-11-2020, namely, to localize the disputed property ABCD and property of Revision Petitioners covered by APCHGFE.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.S.Gopalakrishnan, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal should not be admitted;
