The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 24.03.2023 passed in I.A.No.166 of 2023 in O.S.No.125 of 2020 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet. 1.

At the time of hearing, Sri K.Ganesh, learned counsel representing Sri Ch.Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2020 was dismissed on 03.11.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record. 2.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. 3.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
