Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the impugned proceedings dated 22.06.2022 issued by the 3^rd respondent, pending disposal of WP No.24454 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

"Head the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Perused the material available on record.

On careful examination of the impugned Order dt:22.06.2022, it was passed by the 3^rd respondent, wherein the authorization of the petitioner is cancelled. It is clear that opportunity for personal hearing is not provided to the petitioner before passing the impugned order which is violation of the principles of natural justice.

This Court, time and again declared that before passing any final order, the respondents shall afford an opportunity for personal hearing to the affected party.

Under these circumstances, in the prima-facie opinion of this Court, it is a fit case to suspend the impugned proceedings.

Accordingly there shall be interim stay as prayed for."
