		In the result, the Second Appeal is
		allowed. Consequently, the Decree and
		Judgment, dated 28.04.2000 in AS.No.37
		of 1996 on the file of learned Principal
		Senior Civil Judge, Gudur are set side.<br>The
		Judgment and Decree, dated 19.09.1996
		in<br>OS.No.30<br>of<br>1992<br>of<br>the<br>Court<br>of
		learned District Munsif, Kota is restored.
		The<br>appellants<br>right<br>in<br>respect<br>of<br>'B'
		schedule<br>property<br>is<br>declared<br>and
		consequential<br>relief<br>of<br>permanent
		injunction is also granted in addition to
		the<br>relief<br>of<br>recovery<br>of<br>possession
		granted by the trial Court and<br>the said
		reliefs<br>granted<br>inconformity<br>with<br>the
		Judgment of the trial Court.

		In the circumstances, the parties
		are<br>directed<br>to<br>bear<br>their<br>own<br>costs
		throughout.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous
petitions if any, stand closed.	Interim
Orders if any, stand vacated.
