Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents herein not to dispossess the Petitioner from his agricultural land in Sy.No.200-2(extent Ac.1-63 cents) situated at Nadi Kairavadi Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District, pending disposal of WP No. 24918 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

ORDER:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who submits as per his instructions that the land was resumed long back and compensation in respect of the same was paid. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that insofar as the present land is concerned, no acquisition was made nor any compensation paid.
