		The above writ petition is filed to declare the
		action of respondent No.3 in not forwarding the total
		sanctioned vacancies of Junior Lecturers (Vocational)
		in Electrical Technology and Electronic Engineering
		Technology Departments for promotion under 25%
		quota to the panel year 2023-24 in Zone-IV from the
		feeder<br>category<br>of<br>Senior<br>Instructors/Type<br>Writing
		Instructors<br>and<br>non-teaching<br>staff<br>working<br>in
		Intermediate<br>Education<br>Department,<br>as<br>illegal<br>and
		arbitrary.
		Smt.Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the
		petitioner<br>would<br>submit<br>that<br>in<br>ET<br>Department,
		eighteen<br>vacancies<br>are<br>available<br>and<br>in<br>EET
		Department,<br>17<br>vacancies<br>are<br>available.<br>If<br>the
		respondent authorities apply 25% quota, they are
		supposed to forward four posts each in each category.
		However, the respondent authorities forwarded only
		two posts.
		Learned Assistant Government Pleader shall file
		counter affidavit duly annexing<br>the<br>relevant documents.
