Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in EP.No. 85/2020 in O.S. 50/2013 on the file court of the VI Additional District judge, Kurnool, by suspending common judgment passed in O.S. 50/2013 and Os. 59/2013 pending disposal of A.S No.2 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER:

"In the circumstances having regard to the nature of the relief granted by the trail Court in as much as Execution Petition has already been filed pursuant to the decree and judgment of the trail court, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.85 of 2020 in O.S.No.50 of 2013 on the file of the court of learned VI Additional District Judge, Kurnool, until further orders.
