Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in including the land in an extent of Ac.2.98 cents in Sy.No.40 of Talapannaru Village, VeerapunayunipalleMandal, Y.S.R District in the Section 43 register as if the same belongs to the respondent No.6 temple and consequential action of the respondent No.4 in issuing a cryptic order, dated 24.02.2024 stating that, he presumes that, the subject land belongs to the respondent No. 6 without there being any record and also without considering the reply, dated 19.10.2023 submitted by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and quite contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and also the well established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently
a. setaside the entries made by the respondent No.3 in Section 43 Register as if the land in an extent of Ac.2.98 cents in Sy.No.40 of Talapannaru Village, VeerapunayunipalleMandal, Y.S.R District, belong to petitioner as an Endowment land
b. setaside the Order, dated 24.02.2024 passed by the respondent No.4.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order, dated 24.02.2024, passed by the respondent No.4, pending disposal of WP No. 18660 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
