This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s:-
"…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 State Council for Higher Education in not considering the representation dated 31-07-2024 made by the petitioner-Institution seeking ratification of certain students who have been admitted after a few students voluntarily opted out of the colleges on their volition for the academic year 2023-24 into the B.Ed., course as being illegal, arbitrary and unjustified and violative of Articles 14 and 19 (1) (g) of the constitution of India and in contravention of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to ratify the admissions of such of the students and issue such other order or orders.…"

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents would submit that if the petitioner-Institution approaches the respondentauthorities, they may consider the grievance of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view of the said submission, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing petitioner-Institution to approach the authorities for redressal of the grievance and the respondents are also directed to make an endeavour for disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioner-Institution, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
