WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri D Kasi Rao presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring notification No.318/FSSA/AP/2014-2021, dated 06-12-2021 as Illegal, Arbitrarily, Violation of the Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of Articles 14,19, (1) (g) and 21 of, the Constitutions of India Consequently set-aside the notification and further direct the Respondents, their subordinates, Officials Etc., not to interfere into the Petitioner's day to day business activities transport and sale of the tobacco products and pan masala, kaini, gutkha of the petitioner firm in the interest of the justice;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D Kasi Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Medical & Health for Respondent Nos.1 & 2, Sri N. Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the notification No.318/FSSA/AP/2014-2021, dated 06-12-2021 issued by 2^nd respondent and direct the respondents not to interfere business activities like production, transport and sale of the tobacco products and pan masala, kaini, gutkha of the petitioner firm here in throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh, pending disposal of WP No.22119 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
