WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through her counsel Sri VIVEKANANDA VIRUPAKSHA, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the sole respondent herein for his willfully violating of the order in IA.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.20783 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Vivekananda Virupaksha, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent returnable in four (04) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
