^ consequently direct the respondents to pay dues of Rs. 14,52,355/ pertaining to the work Road from Rentapalla - DD Palem road to Kattamuru R road via Komperlapadu in Sattenapalli Mandal executed under , A^nint along with 12% Interest from the date of expiry of one month from the date of submission of bill to till the date of payment.

The Court made the following Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not paying the due amount of Rs.14,52,355/- pertaining to the work of Road from Rentapalla - DD Palem road to Kattamuru R & B road via Komperlapadu in 2.

Sattenapalli Mandal., executed under the Agreement, even after submission of the bill.

$3.$ On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions, produces the undertaking given by the petitioner dated 11.09.2024 stating that it has already received the due amount for the above said work executed.

In view of the same, no cause survives in this matter as the payment $4.$ was already received. The written instructions shall be made as part of the Court record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. $5.$ There shall be no order as to costs. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
