Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring Ac 0.89 cents in Sy No 106/9 situated in Alathuru village of Karvetinagar Mandal of Chittoor District till payment of the compensation, pending disposal of WP No.18576 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed a copy of the written instructions dated 25.07.2023 received from the 4^th respondent, from a perusal of which, it would appear that the subject matter land is classified as IKunta Poramboke' and that nO compensation Will be paid to the petitioner aS it is a Government landl

Be that as it may. As seen from the material On record, it WOuld appear that the land of an extent of Ac.O.89 cents in Survey No.106/9 situated in Alathuru village of Karvetinagar Mandal was assigned to the petitioner On 05.09.2002 and the Adangals in respect of the same dated 03.02.2021 reflects the name of the petitioner.

The matter requires further consideration. Let a counter be filed with all relevant details and documents, within a period of four (4) weeks.

I pending further consideration, sfafus qua with regard to the subject matter property, existing as on today shall be maintained in all respects, for a period of eight (8) weeks.
