Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of execution of decree in pursuant to MVOP NO. 232 of 2018 dated 10-05-2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Addl. District Judge, Kadapa, pending disposal of MACMA.No. 313 of 2022 on the file of the High Court.

The Court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:-

"There shall be stay of execution of the decree in M.V.O.P. No.232 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Judge Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, on condition of depositing of 50 % of the compensation amount along with costs and interest within a period of eight (08) weeks from today. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount, the stay automatically stands vacated without further orders of this Court." $ln$
