Appeal under Section 19 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support thereof, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Contempt Appeal by setting aside the part of Common Orders dated 08.07.2024 in C.C.No.5589 of 2023 by the Learned
Single Judge to the extent of directing the appellant to undergo simple imprisonment for a term of six (06) months and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only).

Petition under Section 19(2)(a) of Contempt of Courts Act, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of Common Orders dated 08.07.2024 passed in C.C.No.5589 of 2023 directing the appellant herein/respondent No.4 therein to undergo simple imprisonment for a term of (6) months and to pay a fine Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), pending disposal of CA 161 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Appeal and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. S.Pranathi, Advocate for Petitioners, the Court made the following
ORDER:
"Post on 04.09.2024 along with C.A.Nos.19 and 22 of 2024.
There shall be interim stay of operation of the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 08.07.2024, till further orders.
Print the name of Sri V.V.Prabhakar Rao for the respondents."
