Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction with more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in permitting the setting up and functioning of the Slaughter house in Ward No.7 of Kurnool Municipal Corporation as illegal, unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondent Authorities to forthwith close down the slaughtering house and all other allied activities in Ward No.7 of Municipal Corporation, Kurnool while making it clear that Municipal Corporation cannot permit either directly or implicitly slaughtering of the animals in violation of the Prevention of Animals to Cruelty Act, 1960, Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of Cows and Animals Act, 1977 and rules made therein under and the letter of the spirit of the Judgments of the Hon'ble Courts and direct the Respondent Authorities to prosecute the persons responsible running the slaughter house in Ward No.7 of Municipal Corporation, Kurnool;

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to forthwith close/seal this slaughter house Ward No.7 of Municipal Corporation, Kurnool and seize all the material, cattle and seal the premises of the slaughter house, pending disposal of the WP(PIL) No. 112 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

In view of the statement made in paragraph No.3 of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.6 - Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, that the Zonal Office, Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Kurnool has issued closure orders to the 12th respondent Industry on 03.12.2014 as per the directions of the Apex Court in W.P. (C) No.309 of 2003 operating slaughterhouse without any valid consents of A.P.Pollution Control Board, without Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), without proper solid waste disposal facility and discharging the waste water without treatment into Municipal Drains, the operation of the slaughter house shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. $\mathcal{L}_{\mathcal{L}}$
