Petition under Section $19(2)(a)$ of Contempt of Courts Act, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of Common Orders dated 08.07.2024 passed in C.C.No.2933 of 2023 and batch to the extent of imposing a fine of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) on each of the petitioners herein, pending disposal of CA 105 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
